Feeling comfortable with your photographer is essential as if you're uncomfortable it will show in the photographs, so it is important to meet to discuss your requirements and answer any questions you may have before you make a booking.

I love weddings and I am passionate about creating beautiful memories of your special day. My wedding photography style is informal, reportage, blending into the background so that I can catch those wonderful candid moments when people always look their best and the emotions of the day show in expressions. I feel a photographer should capture the atmosphere and the images should tell the story of your wedding day. Not everybody wants group photographs, but if you do, to prevent them from interfering with the flow of your day and becoming too time consuming for you and your guests, my emphasis is on speed and keeping everything moving along in good spirits. For this reason we will finalise your "VIP list" of group photographs ahead of the day. Handled efficiently and with a sense of fun group photographs can be a breeze. I also make a point of photographing the carefully chosen details of your day, ensuring you have a complete record of everything that makes your wedding unique to you.

While your guests are happily mingling with drinks and canapés, it works well for us to spend roughly 20 minutes away from everyone for photographs of just the two of you. This will also give you time to catch your breath and enjoy your first moments of being married before the celebrations whirl you away again.

I am based in Bexhill, East Sussex, within easy reach of West Sussex, Surrey, London and Kent. Travel within 50 miles of Bexhill is included in the price and for distances beyond this I charge at 40p a mile. I cover all areas of UK, Ireland, Europe and South Africa.
